Service Information
We prioritise service cover at ALS and our engineers are on-call 365 days a year so that downtime is kept to a minimum. All service calls are logged and responded to immediately either through Head Office or with the on-call engineer directly.

We have an in-house valeting team who maintain and support our pool estate. We ensure our tables are cleaned regularly and have a sufficient supply of pool spares. They liaise with the rest of the staff to give the best possible service and maximise pool revenue.

We encourage the promotion of pub games and support many of our local sites in sponsoring their pool, darts and bowling teams.
